Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During product launches, promotions, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within Malaysia. Estimated delivery times:
- West Malaysia: 2–5 business days
- East Malaysia: 4–7 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. frof is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at hello@frofcare.com and we will assist where possible. While we will do our best to help, frof is not responsible for courier delays once the parcel has been dispatched.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos so we can assist accordingly.
